Join Us
Guildford Photographic Society welcomes new members, whether beginners or experienced photographers. We run a varied programme of events, which includes talks by distinguished photographers, workshops and tutorials by current members, and competitions in which all members are encouraged to participate. With many different interests and levels of experience among our membership we know that people enjoy and learn through interaction at workshops and shoots, just as much as from the formal programme. If you like the sound of what we do but would like to visit before you join, why not come along and see what it's all about. You are welcome as a visitor to most of our meetings, but you may need to purchase a ticket, or pay on the door if we have a visiting external speaker. The cost is either £5 or £10. Before coming along to your first meeting, you are warmly invited to contact our Membership Secretary who can tell you more about GPS, and answer any queries you may have.
