Developers Group (Run By Mark Randall)
The Developers Group is aimed at less experienced photographers and new members.
We cover basic photographic skills and topics to help get the most from other club activities.
Meetings take place in the hall and involve an element of teaching and explanation, with an emphasis on practical demonstration and friendly discussion.
Groups typically comprise of 8-10 people and the meetings are supported by experienced members who share their knowledge and act as coaches.
It is envisaged that some topics will be repeated each season for the benefit of new members and that over time members will outgrow this group, continuing to develop their photography through the other club activities on offer.
Examples of topics covered are: understanding the exposure triangle, taking creative control of your camera, image editing, how to enter competitions, printing and mounting.
